dbji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and dbji ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). They govern all use of the dbji website at dbji.bet, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, participation in promotions, and all other interactions with the platform.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the dbji platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the dbji platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are available in English and may be translated for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the dbji platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of account registration. dbji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where age verification is not satisfactorily completed.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Use of the platform for any professional, commercial, or syndicated wagering purpose is prohibited without express written consent from dbji.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dbji makes no representation that the platform is legal in all locations.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of dbji or any affiliated company, and you are not an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the dbji platform. If you have previously used the self-exclusion feature to suspend your account, you may not attempt to create a new account during the period of exclusion.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of the dbji platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dbji will treat all instructions and transactions conducted under your account credentials as having been authorised by you, and shall not be liable for losses arising from any failure on your part to keep your credentials confidential.

• Each person may hold only one account on the dbji platform. If dbji determines that a player has opened or operated more than one account, whether under their own name or under a false identity, dbji reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation.
• dbji reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at account opening, before processing withdrawals, and when any unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by dbji may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction, no bet placed) for a continuous period of twelve months or more may be classified as dormant accounts. dbji may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the player's registered contact details before any fee is applied.
• You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting dbji customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining balance net of applicable fees will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dbji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbji supports deposits and withdrawals through approved Bangladeshi mobile wallet providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to the payment methods listed in your account's cashier section at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no platform fee charged by dbji for deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of dbji.
• Deposits are credited to your dbji account balance in real time following successful confirmation from your wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within fifteen minutes of a completed wallet transaction, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., funds deposited from a wallet or card registered to another person) are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
• dbji reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits applicable to all accounts or to specific accounts. Where deposit limits are set, they will be communicated to the affected account holder. Players may also set their own deposit limits voluntarily through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet method used for the most recent deposit. dbji does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, third-party wallets, or payment methods not on record for the account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Requests submitted during periods of high volume or outside standard hours may take up to 24 hours. dbji does not charge a platform fee for withdrawals.
• Before processing any withdrawal, dbji may require the account holder to complete or update their KYC verification. Where a withdrawal request triggers an enhanced verification review, the account holder will be notified and the withdrawal will be held pending satisfactory completion of the review.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Funds that have not met the wagering requirement threshold at the time of a withdrawal request will remain in the account until the requirement is fulfilled. Only real-money deposits and winnings derived from real-money play are eligible for immediate withdrawal without rollover conditions.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, dbji offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are subject to the general Terms set out in this section and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails in relation to that promotion only.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only, once per player, once per device, and once per household or IP address. Creation of duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the specific terms for that promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering on restricted games (as specified in the promotion terms) does not count towards rollover completion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that remain unused at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date applicable to each bonus.
• dbji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to commitments already made to players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of modification.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and subject to individual promotion terms. Eligibility for seasonal promotions may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, game type restrictions, and participation windows.

5. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Game Rules

All casino games available on the dbji platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified to produce statistically random and unbiased outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) rates for individual slot and table game titles are derived from the provider's certified RTP figures and are available within each game's information panel.

For sports betting markets, dbji acts as the principal counterparty to all bets. Odds are set by dbji and may be updated at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds locked in at the time of acceptance apply. In-play (live) betting is subject to the additional rule that dbji reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error.

• Game results are final once the game round or event settles. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted in writing to dbji customer support within seven days of the disputed result. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, software fault, or power failure, dbji will attempt to restore the game to its state at the point of interruption. If this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing a bet or commencing a game session. dbji is not responsible for losses arising from poor connectivity, interrupted sessions, or device failures on the player's end.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way is strictly prohibited. dbji employs automated detection systems to identify non-human account activity and will terminate accounts found to be in violation of this rule without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbji platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Money laundering, or using the dbji platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. dbji complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Fraud, including but not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, providing false identity documentation, and impersonating another person or entity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, including chip dumping in poker, coordinated in-play betting across multiple accounts, and any form of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or otherwise tampering with the dbji platform, its software, or its underlying systems. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's back-end, databases, or administrative interfaces is a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Any conduct that harasses, abuses, threatens, or intimidates other players or dbji staff, including through the live chat feature, customer support channels, or any other communication channel associated with the platform.

dbji reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of this section. All determinations made by dbji under this section are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

dbji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity in a healthy and sustainable way. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be accessed directly from the account settings panel after login, without the need to contact customer support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours following any increase request. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders and reality checks: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play. These alerts appear on-screen and require acknowledgement before play continues, giving players a regular opportunity to assess their session and decide whether to continue.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of between 1 and 30 days to their account. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets, access games, or deposit funds. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated; it can only be extended.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. A self-excluded account cannot be used to place bets or access any gambling feature. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately on submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who are concerned about problem gambling are encouraged to use this feature without delay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbji's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the dbji platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn by the player during the same period.

dbji shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, even if dbji has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

9. Amendments to These Terms

dbji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, dbji will notify registered account holders by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details. The effective date of the revised Terms will be stated at the top of the updated document.

Your continued use of the dbji platform after the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in Section 2.
